Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days. It starts on the day you receive the item, and the days are counted from the day after (distansavtalslagen, chapter 2, section 12). If the order consists of several deliveries, the period is counted from the day after you received the last one.

How to withdraw

Let us know within the withdrawal period that you want to withdraw from the purchase, for example by email to info@onervo.com or with the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page. Include your name, your order number and which items it concerns.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at onervo.com/en/right-of-withdrawal.html. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

The return

Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notified us. You pay the cost of sending the item back.

Refund

We will refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost for our cheapest standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown that you have sent it. The money is refunded using the same payment method you used (distansavtalslagen, chapter 2, section 14).

Condition of the item

You may examine the item in the same way as in a shop. If you have handled it more than that and it has therefore lost value, we may deduct the reduction in value (distansavtalslagen, chapter 2, section 15). So if you want to be able to withdraw, do not open or use the item.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or otherwise clearly personalised (distansavtalslagen, chapter 2, section 11, point 3).

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to an item that has been opened or used. Our spray is taken directly in the mouth, so we cannot resell an opened or used item and do not take it back (distansavtalslagen, chapter 2, section 11, point 5). You can always withdraw from the purchase of an unopened and unused item within the withdrawal period and get the full amount back.

We do not apply any other exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Businesses

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you buy as a business, it does not apply; what applies to returns from businesses is set out in the general terms and conditions.
