The pixel can set _fbp and _fbc when first-party cookies are switched on in its settings. Both then have a lifetime of 90 days: _fbc according to Meta, _fbp according to Meta's pixel code.

Without it the form cannot be sent, so it counts as necessary for what you have asked for. Google may then set its own cookies and store other information in your browser, under Google's own terms. If you do not want that, you can email us instead.
