Delivery to 13 countries in Europe
We offer delivery to B2B customers and resellers in Sweden, Norway, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and the United Kingdom. Delivery method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time may vary depending on country, order volume, carrier and delivery address.
For Swedish business customers, delivery can normally be made to the company’s specified delivery address. For customers outside Sweden, orders are shipped according to the agreed delivery method after payment has been received.
B2B payment terms
For Swedish companies, we can offer invoice payment with 14-day payment terms after an approved credit check.
For larger orders, new customer relationships or if the credit check is not approved, we may require advance payment before the order is processed and shipped.
For companies outside Sweden, advance payment normally applies. The order is processed and shipped after payment has been received and registered.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information, texts, translations, warnings, specifications, product claims and other details supplied to us are accurate, complete and compliant with the legislation in force in the country where the product is to be sold.
Before production begins, the customer must review and provide written approval of the final artwork, labels, and packaging design. Production will only commence once such approval has been received.
Onervo and our manufacturing partners do not carry out any legal review of the customer's information and are not responsible for verifying that the information provided complies with local laws, regulations or authority requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the finished product meets all requirements regarding labelling, registration, import, sale and other applicable rules in the country concerned.
Onervo and our manufacturing partners are not liable for any errors, defects, regulatory actions, import restrictions, recalls, sanctions, costs or other consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided or approved by the customer.
