Onervo Energy Spray can be used when you want caffeine in a simple way during the day, for example at work, during studies, training, travel or long days.
Which flavours are available?
Onervo Energy Spray is available in three flavours: Strawberry, Mint and Coffee.
How many sprays does one bottle contain?
One bottle contains 10 ml and approximately 100 sprays.
How much caffeine does the product contain?
Each spray contains 4 mg of caffeine. The recommended dose is 6 sprays, equal to 24 mg of caffeine. The recommended daily dose is at most 12 sprays, equal to 48 mg of caffeine.
How do you use Onervo Energy Spray?
Spray directly onto the tongue. Shake the bottle before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Is Onervo a food supplement?
Yes, Onervo Energy Spray is a food supplement with caffeine. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Who should not use Onervo Energy Spray?
The product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people with high blood pressure. If you are unsure, consult a doctor before use.
Does the product need to be refrigerated?
No, the product normally does not need refrigeration. Store the bottle in a dry, cool place and keep it out of reach of children. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.

What does Onervo Energy Spray contain?
Onervo Energy Spray contains, among other things, water, caffeine, a sweetener (sucralose) and flavouring or menthol, depending on the flavour. You will find the full ingredients list for each flavour on its product page.
Is there added sugar in Onervo?
No, we don't add any sugar. Onervo Energy Spray is sweetened with sucralose.
Does Onervo contain gluten, lactose or nuts?
This product does not contain any of the 14 allergens that must be declared according to EU food legislation. Always read the ingredient list before use if you are sensitive to any of the product’s ingredients.
What do the flavours taste like, and which one should I choose?
Coffee is made for those who like the taste of coffee but want caffeine in a more portable format. Mint suits those who prefer a fresh, cool flavour with a clean feel in the mouth. Strawberry is a good choice if you want a fruity, sweet flavour profile in your caffeine spray.
What is the difference between Onervo and an energy drink?
Onervo Energy Spray is a small 10 ml bottle that fits in your pocket, instead of a can or bottle to drink. It has no added sugar, is sprayed directly onto the tongue, and no drink is needed. Each spray contains 4 mg of caffeine, so you can see exactly how much caffeine you take.
Can Onervo be used every day?
Yes, as long as you stay within the recommended daily dose. The recommended dose is 6 sprays (24 mg of caffeine) and the recommended daily dose is at most 12 sprays (48 mg of caffeine). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Can I take Onervo together with coffee or energy drinks?
Onervo contains caffeine. Bear in mind that coffee, tea and energy drinks also contain caffeine, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are unsure, consult a doctor.
How long does one bottle last?
One bottle contains approximately 100 sprays. At the recommended dose of 6 sprays, one bottle is enough for about 16 doses.
Does Onervo contain nicotine? Is it like snus?
No. Onervo Energy Spray contains no nicotine and is not a snus product. It is a food supplement with caffeine that is sprayed directly onto the tongue.
How quickly do you notice Onervo?
We make no promises about how quickly the caffeine works. What we can say is that Onervo is easy to take: no brewing, no can, just a spray directly onto the tongue.
Can I use Onervo if I take medication or am sensitive to caffeine?
If you take medication, are sensitive to caffeine or are unsure, consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Can I take Onervo on a flight?
The bottle contains 10 ml and is small enough to carry in your pocket or bag. Always follow the airport's and the airline's rules for liquids in hand luggage.

No. Onervo Energy Spray is a food supplement with caffeine that is sprayed directly onto the tongue.

How do I place an order?
Select the product and flavour you want, add it to the basket and proceed to checkout. There you enter your details and choose a delivery method and payment option before completing the purchase.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order has been completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@onervo.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us immediately at info@onervo.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to help you correct the details.

Which delivery methods do you offer?
Available delivery methods are shown at checkout based on your country, address, customer type and order. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are also shown there.
How long is the delivery time within Sweden?
For private customers within Sweden, the normal delivery time is usually 1–3 working days from when the order has been processed and shipped.
How long is the delivery time outside Sweden?
Delivery time outside Sweden varies depending on the country, delivery method and carrier. The current delivery time is shown in the checkout for the specific country and order.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 20 countries in Europe: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Malta, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia and the United Kingdom. Shipping cost and delivery time for your country are shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information or a notification according to the carrier’s routines.
What happens if I do not collect my package?
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge costs for shipping, return shipping and administration. An uncollected shipment is not considered use of the right of withdrawal.
Which carrier do you ship with?
For private customers within Sweden, orders are normally shipped with PostNord. The delivery methods available for your country are shown at checkout.
Payment
Which payment methods do you offer for private customers?
For private customers, payment is handled through Kustom Checkout, where payment solutions from providers such as Klarna may be available. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Can I pay with Klarna?
If Klarna is offered at checkout, you can choose the Klarna options available for your order, such as direct payment, invoice, pay later or instalments depending on Klarna’s offer.
Can companies pay by invoice?
Swedish companies may be offered invoice payment with 14-day payment terms after an approved credit check. We reserve the right to decline invoice payment or request advance payment.
What applies to companies outside Sweden?
For companies outside Sweden, advance payment normally applies. The order is processed and shipped after payment has been received and registered.
Is payment secure?
Yes, payments are handled through established payment solutions. Onervo never stores full card numbers or card details.
Can I pay with Swish?
If Swish is offered in the checkout, you can pay with Swish and approve the payment using Mobile BankID in the Swish app.
Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Complaints
Do I have a right of withdrawal as a private customer?
Yes, as a private customer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the product. Contact us at info@onervo.com if you want to use your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to an item that has been opened or used. Our spray is taken directly in the mouth, so we cannot resell an opened or used item and do not take it back (distansavtalslagen, chapter 2, section 11, point 5). You can always withdraw from the purchase of an unopened and unused item within the withdrawal period and get the full amount back.
How do I make a return?
Contact us first by email and provide your name, order number and which product you want to return. The return must be well packaged. The customer normally pays the return cost when using the right of withdrawal.
Can B2B customers return products?
Business customers/B2B do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns from business customers are only accepted after written approval from Onervo.
What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged product?
Contact us at info@onervo.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue and preferably photos. We will help you with the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost for our cheapest standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown that you have sent it. The money is refunded using the same payment method you used (distansavtalslagen, chapter 2, section 14).
