Onervo Energy Spray is a convenient energy boost in pocket size – perfect for shops, gyms, cafes, offices, events, hotels, kiosks and retailers.
We are looking for partners who want to sell, distribute or offer our products to their customers. We offer flexible arrangements for retailers, corporate customers and larger orders.
Payment
On this page you will find information about prices, payment options and payment terms at Onervo. Payment options may vary depending on whether you shop as a private customer or as a business customer/B2B.
Prices
Prices in the original currency, Swedish kronor (SEK), apply unless otherwise stated. For private customers, all prices are shown including VAT, taxes and any applicable fees.
For business customers/B2B, prices may be displayed according to the store settings and applicable VAT rules. The total price of your order is always shown in the checkout before the purchase is completed.
The price shown at the time of order is the price that applies to the purchase. Onervo reserves the right to change prices, campaigns and product information published in the online store at any time.
Any additional fees, total shipping cost, payment fees and VAT are shown in the checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Payment options for private customers
For private customers, payments are handled through Kustom Checkout, where payment solutions from, among others, Klarna may be offered.
The available payment options are shown in the checkout and may vary depending on order value, customer details, country, technical conditions and selected payment method.
The following payment options may be offered through the checkout, depending on what is available for your order:
- Klarna, including invoice, pay later or instalment payment depending on Klarna’s offering
- Card payment, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Direct payment via available payment provider
- Swish, if shown in the checkout
- Google Pay, if shown in the checkout
Full terms for each payment option are shown in the checkout before the purchase is completed.
Kustom Checkout
Onervo uses Kustom Checkout to manage the checkout experience in the online store. Kustom Checkout is a checkout solution provided by Kustom AB through which payment methods and delivery options can be displayed in the checkout.
Kustom provides the checkout interface and functionality that displays available payment methods and delivery options. The actual payment may be provided by separate payment service providers, depending on the payment method you choose.
By clicking the button to complete the payment in the checkout, you accept Onervo’s terms and conditions, Kustom’s terms of use and confirm that you have read Kustom’s privacy notice.

Stripe
Stripe may process payments made through Kustom Checkout. Stripe processes payments securely and according to applicable payment service regulations.
Onervo never stores full card numbers or card details.
Card payment
If card payment is offered in the checkout, you can pay with available card types such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Card information is processed securely and encrypted by the payment provider. Onervo never stores your card details.
Klarna
If Klarna is offered in the checkout, you may, depending on Klarna’s current offering and your order, choose between payment options such as direct payment, invoice, pay later or instalment payment.
When you choose Klarna, Klarna Bank AB handles the payment, including any credit check, invoicing, payment reminders and other payment-related terms.
Onervo receives payment through the payment provider and you pay according to the terms that apply to the selected Klarna option.

Swish
If Swish is offered in the checkout, you can pay with Swish and approve the payment using Mobile BankID in the Swish app.
The payment must be completed within the time stated in the checkout in order for the order to be completed.
Google Pay
If Google Pay is offered in the checkout, you can pay using cards saved in Google Wallet. Your full card details are not shared with Onervo.
Payment for business customers/B2B in Sweden
For business customers/B2B in Sweden, Onervo may offer invoice payment with 14 days payment terms after approved credit check.
A credit check may be carried out before invoice payment is approved. Onervo reserves the right to deny invoice payment, require advance payment or offer other payment terms.
If invoice payment is approved, the invoice will be sent to the email address or invoice address provided by the business customer.
In case of late payment, default interest, reminder fees and any collection costs may be added according to applicable law and agreed terms.
Advance payment for business customers/B2B
Onervo may require advance payment from business customers/B2B. This may apply if invoice payment is not approved, for larger orders, for new customer relationships or under special circumstances.
When advance payment applies, the order is normally processed and shipped only after full payment has been received and registered by Onervo.
If payment is not received within the stated time, Onervo reserves the right to cancel the order.
Payment for foreign companies
For companies outside Sweden, normally only advance payment is available.
The order is processed and shipped after payment has been received and registered by Onervo.
Any bank fees, currency exchange fees or costs related to international payment are paid by the customer.
Cancelled orders
If an order is cancelled due to a product being out of stock, a technical error, an incorrect price or another reason, any paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method and payment provider.
Payment security
Payments through Kustom Checkout are handled securely and encrypted according to applicable security requirements for payments.
Onervo never stores full card numbers or card details.
Privacy and cookies in the checkout
Kustom and other payment providers may use cookies and similar technologies to enable checkout functions such as autofill, identification, payment processing and security.
Kustom, Stripe, Klarna and other payment providers may act as separate data controllers for the personal data processing they carry out in connection with payment and checkout.
